Warranty

In the warranty period, under normal status and use in accordance with operating instructions, you can ask for the following warranty:

Remarks: In addition to the above parts, other parts of consumables is not within the scope of the

warranty (for example: outer tube, inner tube, brake block, brake line, shift cables, brake leather, brake wire, transmission wire , etc.)

Due to the following reasons is not suitable for maintenance within the scope of essential warranty. instead the exclusive shops can provide repair service, but they need to change costs

and repair costs deliberately.

• Failure to use or maintain according to this instruction.
• Failure caused by accidental collision or fall from a height.
• Repair or refit/replace non-original parts by non-Cycletrack special repair points.
• Business rental or abnormal use.
• Due to consumptions of consumables, not maintain or repair timely, resulting in other parts having fault or being damaged.
• Stabbed by nails, glasses, cutting pieces, sharp stones and other objects, causing tyre leakage or burst
• Causes of the irresistible natural disasters.

 

Other precautions:

• When the riser is fixed, it is necessary to lock the top cover screw first, and then lock the screws on both sides.
• When installing the foot, screw in part of the screw buckle vertically by hand, and then lock it with a tool.
• The pedal of the new car must be tightly tightened at one time, otherwise it will cause the pedal and the tooth disk and the inflection to slip.
• When installing the saddle, be sure to be parallel, do not tilt upward or downward.
• When riding outdoors, please wear a safety helmet.
• The new bike chain does not need oil, normal riding for one to three months or after cleaning can be on the appropriate amount of lubricating oil (preferably chain oil or oil).
• The tire can play 80% gas in summer.
• Whether it is the line disc or the oil disc, there is no oil on the disc, otherwise it will affect the braking effect.
